Reset Library Account Password

Go to the library login page
Click on "Forgot Your Password/PIN?"
Enter your last name and employee id in the two fields.
You will get a password-reset email to all email addresses on your library account.
If you are off-campus and can't get to your Cleveland Clinic email, call the Library to reset your password at 216-444-5697.

Go to ILLiad
Click "Forgot your Password".
Enter your user name
You will get an email with information on how to reset your password.
